🇬🇧 The Financial Regulator of England is preparing rules for tokenization of funds
The FCA wants to allow funds to issue tokens that represent the shares in their portfolios.
These tokens can be issued on public blockchains and receive the benefits of the blockchain ecosystem: fractionalization to expand the audience of retail traders, simplified selling on CEX and DEX, and reduced transaction fees.
