Wu said that a Twitter user recently suffered a crypto scam and lost nearly $40,000. According to the user, the scammer pretended to be the CEO of Kyros Ventures and stole his wallet private key through a fake Slack driver link, and eventually controlled his wallet account and stole multiple crypto assets, including about $20,000 in BTC, ETH and other tokens, as well as 2 BABYLON tokens pledged by OMB and SOLV. The user reminded the crypto community to be highly vigilant and avoid downloading unofficial software, and recommended using hardware wallets to enhance asset security.
