Who's Behind Every Dump and How to Make $1 Million 🧵👇
Many people cannot understand the market situation now.
Some people have given up, believing that there is no way to make money here anymore.
Don't give up if you don't understand what's going on and why the market is falling.
There is a chart showing the monthly market situation.
And August-September always tends to decrease.
People ignore this fact and start believing that it is over...
But how does it actually work, let me explain:
1️⃣ ➱ Government action
When governments introduce strict regulations on cryptocurrencies, ban exchanges or impose high taxes, this creates instability.
Investors may panic and sell their stocks to avoid risk, causing prices to fall due to a loss of confidence in the market.
Recent example with $ETH ETF:
Governments are constantly trying to bring cryptocurrencies under strict regulatory framework.
So they manipulate money to liquidate some previously approved items.
For example, yesterday VanEck announced that they would be closing EFUT.
2️⃣➱ Lost hope on Alts
As traders lose confidence in altcoins, they may sell these assets to move to more stable investments.
This lack of confidence stems mainly from the fund opening, as most of them sell off, causing the price to fall.
I will take Starknet as an example:
Each unlock lowers the price while the MC remains the same +-.
This happens due to the number of tokens.
Unlock ➱ Add Token ➱ MC ➱ Discount
3️⃣➱ Market adjustment
After a rapid increase in price, the price will naturally fall to a more realistic level.
You need to understand that the market cannot grow continuously.
So the MMs sell their assets to adjust the price.
Not everyone can benefit, the developer cannot instantly make every holder rich.
If the token value keeps increasing then there is no reason to sell it.
It is economically impossible to sustain such projects.
Therefore, market adjustment is necessary and natural.
4️⃣➱Media FUD
Especially in bear markets, the media starts creating and spreading FUD.
Even big companies or KOLs can create them.
They do so in the hope of shaking out old holders and finding new, less knowledgeable players in the market.
A recent example is the massive German BTC sell-off that caused a lot of concern and sent prices crashing.
Soon after, BlackRock bought back over $200 million worth of shares, perfect timing right?
All I can say is adapt.
It doesn't mean we're at our lowest point yet.
There is always an opportunity to make money.
Find them and eventually we will grow again and hopefully break the $BTC $100,000 ATH.
