According to TechFlow, Juan Mercan, the judge in New York State who is in charge of the criminal case involving former President Trump's "hush money," has postponed the sentencing date of the case to November 26.
On July 2 this year, a US federal judge agreed to postpone the sentencing date in the "hush money" case from July 11 to September 18.
It is reported that Trump's representative lawyers had previously requested that the September 18 verdict be postponed until after the November election. Trump's team recently stated that if the case moves forward, they will immediately appeal.
