◼️Speaking at the Council on Foreign Relations, Williams said that interest rates could be lowered to a more neutral level over time, depending on the performance of the economy.
◻️He predicted that the unemployment rate would rise to 4.25%, but would fall to 3.75% in the long term. He also stated that he expected inflation to be close to 2.25% this year and 2% next year.
