According to ChainCatcher, Binance Kazakhstan has obtained a full regulatory license officially approved by the Astana Financial Services Authority (AFSA).

Binance Kazakhstan has completed the steps required to operate a full license in Kazakhstan, including a series of internal and external audits and regulatory inspections, and will be authorized to operate virtual asset trading facilities and provide a range of virtual asset-related services.
