Terms and Conditions:

  • Changes to the Simple Earn Rewards Rate will be published on the platform from time to time. Please refer to the Binance Simple Earn Terms and Conditions and Risk Warning for more information before using Simple Earn.

  • Rewards:

    • Tier Bonus APR rewards are offered as an additional reward on top of Real-Time APR. After enrollment, Tier Bonus APR rewards will begin accruing the following day starting at 00:00 UTC (i.e. 00:00 UTC on the same day of enrollment). Rewards will begin to be distributed the following day after they begin accruing, between 00:00 UTC and 05:00 UTC to the user’s Spot Wallet.

    • All users who sign up for Simple Earn’s Flexible Products special offers will receive Real-Time APR and Tier Bonus APR rewards for up to 5 days during the promotion period. Users can re-sign up for the special offer during the promotion period, but the maximum total reward duration remains 5 days. Final rewards will be accumulated on the promotion end date and will be distributed the following day. New sign-ups on the promotion end date will not accrue Tier Bonus APR rewards the following day. After the promotion ends, users will only be eligible for Real-Time APR rewards.

    • The Tier Bonus APR constitutes the “Tier Bonus rewards”, which are calculated based on the subscribed amounts and are subject to the respective tier cap for each token. Please refer to the FAQ for more details.

  • Users can view their Flexible Products assets by going to Wallet > Earn > Simple Earn > Flexible.

  • Redemption time for Flexible Product subscriptions: instant.

  • Binance reserves the right to disqualify any participant who tampers with Binance program code or interferes with the operation of Binance program code with other software.

  • Binance reserves the right to disqualify any participants who, in its reasonable opinion, are acting fraudulently or in breach of any applicable terms and conditions.

  • Binance reserves the right to cancel or amend the Promotion or Promotion Rules at its sole discretion.
