According to people familiar with the matter, crypto payments company BCB Group has received acquisition intentions. The London-based company, which focuses on connecting cryptocurrency companies to the banking system, is currently exploring Series B financing.
Interestingly, M&A activity in the UK cryptocurrency industry has continued to heat up in recent months. In April this year, BCB Group obtained authorization from two major French financial regulators, further consolidating its position in Europe.
