hello everyone !
follow up and learn something critical .
Bitcoin's initial value was essentially zero. When it was first launched in 2009, there were no established exchanges or markets for it. The first recorded transaction involved a small number of Bitcoin being exchanged for a few dollars. It wasn't until later that Bitcoin gained significant value and became more widely known.
The first recorded transaction involving Bitcoin was a barter where a user named Laszlo Hanyecz traded 10,000 Bitcoin for two pizzas from Papa John's in 2010. At the time, the value of each Bitcoin was incredibly low, making the transaction seem insignificant. However, as Bitcoin's value skyrocketed over the years, the value of those 10,000 Bitcoin became astronomical, earning the transaction the nickname "Bitcoin Pizza Day."
At the time of the pizza transaction in 2010, the value of each Bitcoin was estimated to be around $0.003. This means that Laszlo Hanyecz effectively traded 10,000 Bitcoin for approximately $30 worth of pizzas. It's a stark contrast to the value of Bitcoin today.
