🔴Ross Ulbricht (creator of Silk Road) received a life sentence.
ℹ️All creators of the services initially made a tool, and it is unlikely that it was immediately aimed at illegal activity (although in the case of Silk Road, it is difficult to say).
🚨The arrests of all of the above were connected with the interests of states that saw a danger in uncontrolled companies.
👀After the apogee of the conflict, there comes a denouement, in the case of Ross Ulbricht - this is a "show flogging", the main reason for which is the impossibility of taking control of the "anonymous store", and an additional one - so that no one dares to repeat it.
👀In Hayes' case, he gave away the company.
🟡CZ also formally left the company, but left his people there, at least - that's how I see it.
👀The conflict between uncontrolled organizations and states ends with the victory of the latter, because it is the states that establish the rules, put forward conditions and demands.
ℹ️Each time after such a conflict, the state system becomes more trained and thoughtful.

- the second option: turn off the light and internet for the entire planet and disable all miners. It seems that this option is possible with a nuclear explosion (but I'm not sure). This option also seems unlikely to me.
🥸Satoshi Nakamoto did everything very thoughtfully in many aspects (psychology, economics, sociology, technical component), if he was real, and was the CEO of Bitcoin, then I can’t imagine how many charges would be brought against him now. Probably 200-300 from each country.
