From September 1, they will be allowed to be used in international settlements and exchange trading within the framework of an experimental legal regime under the control of the Central Bank.
From autumn, digital currency can be used to pay for imported goods. As for cryptocurrency mining, it will be allowed for both individuals and legal entities from November 1. They need to register with the Ministry of Digital Development.
