**Breaking news:** 🇬🇧 The UK's Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) sanctions Binance's UK partner, RebuildingSociety.com, informing them that they cannot act on behalf of Binance for financial promotions under current law. Rebuilding must cease all promotional activities, including Binance-related advertising, by 1 PM on the 12th (Korean time), as per FCA regulations.
