In March this year, Gleb Kostarev and Vladimir Smerkis announced the establishment of Blum Exchange. According to the official introduction, Blum is a decentralized exchange that provides token trading from centralized and decentralized platforms, as well as simplified derivatives trading. A mobile application and a mini application were launched within Telegram. Blum will provide futures trading and the ability to buy tokens from various networks. In addition, Blum does not hold user funds.
