$DOGE U.S. District Judge Alvin Hellerstein in Manhattan dismissed a lawsuit alleging that Musk and Tesla defrauded investors by hyping Dogecoin and engaging in insider trading.

Investors initially sought $258 billion in damages and amended the complaint four times in two years. With the lawsuit dismissed, Musk's lawyer Alex Spiro said in an emailed statement: "This is a very good day for Dogecoin."
