According to TechFlow, Lido DAO recently launched two important Snapshot voting proposals.

The first proposal, put forward by MetaLeX, suggests organizing the Lido Alliance into a Lido DAO adjacent network organization (BORG), which will be a member-free foundation designed to transparently and regulatedly manage the assets and activities of the Lido Alliance.

The second proposal concerns the status of CryptoManufaktur as a node operator after it was acquired by Galaxy. The CryptoManufaktur team said that the existing infrastructure will remain unchanged. After discussion, the Lido Node Operator Sub-Governance Group (LNOSG) proposed that Galaxy be allowed to continue to serve as a node operator and submit this to the DAO for a vote. Both votes will end at 2 a.m. Beijing time on Friday, September 6.
