According to ChainCatcher, former FTX executive Ryan Salame has withdrawn his legal request to enforce a plea agreement or revoke a verdict. Salame previously claimed that prosecutors improperly obtained his guilty plea and hinted that he would stop investigating his partner Michelle Bond.

After Bond was indicted, Salame decided to withdraw his request, allowing Bond to raise relevant issues in his own case. Bond has now been charged with four counts related to campaign finance violations, and if convicted, each count carries a maximum sentence of 5 years in prison.
