Kucoin exchange has settled the lawsuit with the New York Attorney General 🇺🇸 and will leave the state of New York, accepting a $22 million USD fine.

The New York Attorney General sued the exchange in March this year for operating in NY without registration.

Interestingly, the lawsuit also alleges that popular cryptocurrencies such as Ethereum (ETH), LUNA, and TerraUSD (UST) are securities.
