Almost all cryptos face frustration, noticing that after buying, the price of the coin often falls. This almost always happens, if not tomorrow, then in a month / half a year / a year. This can cause a feeling like "investing in crypto is not my option." However, it is important to understand some things:

âžĄïžBuying at the very bottom is a rarity, not the norm

Statistics show that even experienced investors can rarely accurately predict the lowest points of the market. An insignificant percentage of wallets actually buy at the absolute minimums of the market. Success in investing often depends not on the ability to catch the lowest price, but on strategy and a long-term approach.

âžĄïž Market volatility is normal

Cryptocurrency markets are notoriously volatile. Prices can fluctuate significantly even within a single day. This means that the price may well drop after you buy, and this does not indicate a bad investment decision. It is important to evaluate investments in the context of a long-term perspective.

âžĄïž Stories of successful investors

Studying the stories of successful investors and large companies, you can see that even they rarely buy assets at the lowest price. The key point is not immediate profit, but the portfolio management strategy, risk distribution and the time to exit the investment.

âžĄïžA couple of examples:

Let's take a look at the famous giants and "market masters"

In February 2021, Tesla announced the purchase of $1.5 billion worth of Bitcoin at an average price of about $35,000 per Bitcoin. A year and a half later, in August 2022, the price of Bitcoin fell to around $20,000.

MicroStrategy started actively buying Bitcoin in August 2020, when the price was around $11,000. By November 2021, the company had accumulated over 120,000 Bitcoin, spending a total of about $3.9 billion on them. As a result of the colossal amount of work, their average purchase price was $32,500. And in mid-2022, as I mentioned in the Tesla example, the price of Bitcoin was around $20.00.
There are a great many such examples, including those surrounding Warren Buffett, one of the most famous investors.
