PANews reported on August 29 that according to The Block, Web3 development company Alchemy has acquired Romanian blockchain infrastructure provider Bware. Bware's 40 employees will join Alchemy's product department. The acquisition will expand Alchemy's influence in Europe and continue to invest in Bware's Romanian team and business. The acquisition did not disclose the transaction valuation and will not affect Alchemy or Bware's customers, nor will Alchemy take over Bware's INFRA decentralized network and its tokens. According to Bware CEO Flavian Manea, the two companies previously entered the Web3 market from different angles. Previously, Alchemy also acquired Web3 data indexing platform Satsuma and worked with Worldcoin to develop infrastructure.
