According to ChainCatcher, DL News interviewed several VC representatives regarding the arrest of Telegram founder Durov:

CoinFund partner Alex Felix said he does not regret his venture capital firm’s investment in TON and that the fundamentals of TON have not changed.

“This controversy has greatly increased TON’s visibility, potentially attracting more users and developers to the ecosystem,” said Joven Wu, head of business development at Ryze Labs.

Shauli Rejwan, managing partner at Masterkey VC and an early investor in Toncoin, believes that TON may one day more completely disengage from Telegram, despite the news of Durov’s arrest.
