The specific amount and valuation have not been disclosed. It is reported that both parties will use their expertise in financial technology, blockchain and traditional finance to realize the appreciation of self-held assets through algorithms. GOLD ABC has borrowed 500 bitcoins from ZHENGHE at the beginning of this month, with an average of US$60,000 per bitcoin, a loan period of one year, and an annual interest rate of 8%. The company will use its mature secondary market trading AI algorithm to manage and increase the value of these assets.
