Shiba Inu Announces DAO, Boosting Decentralized Governance
Lucie emphasized its potential to transform SHIB into a significant player in decentralized governance. The introduction of the DAO will allow SHIB holders to vote on various initiatives and influence the project’s direction, regardless of the size of their stake. The DAO will be structured around two primary councils: the “Charity Council” and the “Culture & Heritage Council.” These councils will guide the governance of the DAO by focusing on community-driven initiatives.

Additionally, other tokens within the SHIB ecosystem, such as Bone ShibaSwap (BONE) and Doge Killer (LEASH), will also play essential roles in the DAO governance process. BONE holders will be particularly influential in expanding education and fostering innovation within the project. While LEASH holders will focus on proposals that enhance inclusivity and transparency.
The launch of the DAO is expected to significantly expand the utility of the SHIB ecosystem, further solidifying its role in the DeFi space.
