Less than a month after his Bitcoin sneakers sold out, Trump has begun selling his fourth series of NFTs.
At 10:30 pm on August 27, former US President and 2024 Republican candidate Trump announced the previously preheated fourth series of NFTs on his social media platform Truth Social: "Trump Digital Trading Cards, Series 4: America First". Buying more than 75 NFTs (worth $7,425) will give you the opportunity to have dinner with Trump in Florida, as well as limited edition sneakers and other benefits.
Although the royalties from NFTs are not included in Trump's political fundraising, in July, Trump's donations were far lower than Harris's, who raised $204 million in July, four times more than Trump. As of the end of July, Harris' campaign had $220 million in cash, while Trump's campaign had $151 million in cash. Now, Trump urgently needs to build momentum through a new series of NFTs, especially to attract crypto donors and users. He also reiterated that he is the "crypto president" in this new NFT promotional video.
The new NFT includes an image of a person holding Bitcoin, and the largest "gift package" is priced at $24,750
Similar to previous Trump-themed NFTs, the “Fourth Series: America First” digital trading cards feature 50 digital cards featuring Trump’s image, including some of his dancing and photos of him holding up Bitcoin, which will be minted on Polygon. According to the official website, as many as 360,000 may be minted.
According to the instructions on the official website, users can purchase 1 to 4 digital trading cards for $99 each; if they purchase 5 digital trading cards, they can also receive a pair of Trump’s “Never Compromise” gold low-top sneakers. The first 1,000 pairs will be numbered.
The website also offers more purchase tiers, such as 9, 15, 75, and 250. If you buy 15 NFTs ($1,485), you can get a piece of the suit Trump wore during the debate on June 27, which is limited to 2,024 pieces, some of which are signed, as well as a pair of platinum gray high-top sneakers, two pairs of gold low-top sneakers, and other rewards. If you buy 75 NFTs (worth $7,425), you can get a chance to have dinner with Trump in Florida, as well as limited edition sneakers and the related rewards mentioned above; if you buy 250 NFTs (worth $24,750), you can get two VIP dinner tickets, drink cocktails with Trump before the dinner, get sneakers, and a limited edition of 25, unique version of the Bitcoin inscription NFT, which is full of gimmicks.
In Truth Social’s announcement video, Trump said, “By popular demand, I am making a new line of Trump digital trading cards. Y’all know what they are, we’re having a lot of fun with them. You know they call me the Crypto President, I don’t know if that’s true but a lot of people say that.”
Although the previous series of NFTs brought considerable profits to Trump, they were not related to his political campaign funds, but went into his personal account. In his recently disclosed financial information, Trump revealed that his NFT business brought him more than $1 million in cryptocurrency income.
The floor prices of NFTs in the first three series dropped significantly. Trump is rushing to build momentum for the general election.
As of August 28, the floor price of Trump's first series digital trading cards was $206.62, down 35.86% in 30 days. The floor price of the second series digital trading cards was $40.11, down 37.48% in 30 days, and the floor price of the third series MugShot was $121.06, down 24.57% in 30 days.

Despite this, Trump is still sprinting for the election, and he has also announced a number of latest developments related to the campaign. On August 27, Trump said on the social platform Truth Social that he would participate in the presidential election debate with US Vice President Harris on September 10, hosted by the American Broadcasting Corporation (ABC). Trump had previously accused ABC of bias and threatened to withdraw from the debate completely.
On August 27, Trump plans to appoint Kennedy Jr. and former Democratic House member Tulsi Gabbard as co-chairs of his transition team. Both have publicly expressed their support for Trump, and Trump's move is to enhance his appeal to voters at a time when the competition with Vice President Harris is too close to be determined. The transition team is responsible for a series of plans for the new government, including reviewing cabinet candidates and political appointments of the entire federal government and formulating policy agendas.
Since incumbent President Biden withdrew from this year's election, Trump's lead in the forecast has been overtaken by Harris, and now he urgently needs to build momentum for himself and attract more fundraising.
On August 25, the campaign team of Democratic candidate Harris said that since Harris started her presidential campaign for more than a month, a total of $540 million has been raised, including $82 million during the Democratic National Convention. Harris' campaign manager believes that this shows the Democratic Party's enthusiasm for her candidacy. According to the Financial Times, Harris raised $204 million in July, four times more than Trump. As of the end of July, Harris' campaign team had $220 million in cash, while Trump's campaign team had $151 million in cash.
According to public reports, Trump has participated in far fewer campaign rallies so far than in 2016 and 2020, especially after the shooting. Trump's donors and friends have questioned some election decisions, worrying that Trump is "disorganized" and lacks a campaign platform and strong campaign operations. However, Trump's campaign team said they are ready for the final sprint in November.
