Osprey Funds announced an agreement with Bitwise Asset Management that BITB will acquire all assets of the OBTC fund. This move marks another important consolidation in the Bitcoin market.
Osprey revealed its intention to sell or merge with the Bitcoin ETF as early as March this year, and set a deadline of September 1, 2024. The transaction will allow OBTC shareholders to obtain BITB shares, while existing BITB holders will not be affected in any way.
