According to TechFlow, @maverickqe, a member of the TON Foundation, said that due to the excessive volume of $DOGS transactions, the network was congested and the garbage collection function was overloaded, causing many verification nodes to temporarily lose consensus. In order to restore consensus, the verification nodes will be required to restart around 12 o'clock.
