NEW: Osprey Bitcoin Trust (OBTC) and Bitwise Bitcoin ETF (BITB) announced an Asset Purchase Agreement where BITB will acquire OBTC’s assets.
OBTC unitholders will receive BITB shares as part of OBTC’s liquidation.
Osprey holds roughly $120 million worth of BTC.
