Bitcoiners have built a cyclical model (a full cycle is 4 years, every "15 minutes" = 1 year), based on which the bullish cycle should begin at 21-00 (i.e. in 4 months) and reach its peak at 00-00 (i.e. approximately in 1 year and 4 months)
The cycles are built on the basis of previous bullish and bearish cycles, with control points in the form of ATH and correction lows
