#武汉court ruled on virtual currency investment dispute case: investors bear their own losses

Recently, the Wuhan People's Court in Hubei Province concluded a virtual currency investment entrustment contract dispute case. Because the trading platform was frozen, investor Liu was unable to recover the money. The court finally ruled to dismiss his lawsuit and the loss was borne by Liu.

Liu invested in USDT through his colleague Wang in 2020, paying a total of 1.84 million yuan, but only received a refund of 56,000 yuan. The court believes that there are legal risks in virtual currency investment and Liu should bear the losses himself.
