Odaily Planet Daily News: French judicial authorities extended the detention of Russian-born Telegram founder Pavel Durov on Sunday after he was arrested at the Paris airport. According to sources close to the investigation, the investigating judge in charge of the case has extended Durov's detention until after Sunday night. The initial detention at this stage can last up to 96 hours. When this stage of detention ends, the judge can decide to release him, or continue to prosecute and extend detention. French investigators have issued an arrest warrant for Durov as part of an investigation into allegations of fraud, drug trafficking, organized crime, terrorist propaganda and cyberbullying.
