Avalanche and ZKsync's official Discord servers were attacked one after another
ChainCatcher message, in less than 48 hours after the Polygon Discord server was hacked, the official Discord servers of the L1 network AVA and the L2 chain SYN were also attacked in succession. The AVA team has "discovered" this issue and is working to resolve it, making efforts to restore the server to normal. Just one hour after the AVA vulnerability was exploited, the official SYN Discord was also hacked. The hackers again shared malicious links for a fake "second airdrop" plan, promising users free SYN tokens. Some SYN team members have already noticed this vulnerability. Previously, Polygon's Chief Information Security Officer Mudit Gupta stated on the X platform that he has regained access to the Polygon community Discord and is cleaning up all the changes made by the hackers to ensure that it cannot be hacked again.
