As it turned out, it was almost a verbatim copy of last year’s news about “Wagner PMC’s action plan” in case of Prigozhin’s death, where they simply replaced Prigozhin with Durov, and his “right hand” Dmitry Utkin with the fictional Dmitry Butkin (whom no one had heard of).
Pavel Durov will most likely agree to cooperate with the French judicial authorities, according to sources close to the owner of Telegram. The judicial authorities may require the messenger’s administration to provide access to correspondence archives and identify users distributing illegal content.
