Techub News reported that Russia plans to establish two cryptocurrency exchanges to support transactions, one of which is to use the foundation of the St. Petersburg Currency Exchange (SPVB) for foreign trade.

Informed sources said that plans are underway to establish a second site in Moscow. However, it has not yet been decided whether to do so on the basis of the Moscow Exchange or separately within the framework of an experimental legal system.
