According to ChainCatcher, Fractal Bitcoin announced on social media that its testnet engraving service has officially reopened and adjusted its service policy. The new policy cancels the previous free offer for the first 25 inscriptions, and now requires that all inscriptions in each batch must pay a service fee.

At the same time, the upper limit of a single batch of engravings has been reduced from 1,000 to 100. Fractal Bitcoin said that these adjustments are aimed at optimizing the user experience and addressing potential issues to provide a smoother and more efficient testing experience.
