Odaily reports that according to Whale Alert monitoring, the Tether Treasury has newly minted 1 billion USDT on Ethereum. Tether CEO Paolo Ardoino responded that this 1 billion USDT is a supplement to the Ethereum inventory, which is an authorized but unissued transaction, meaning that this issuance will be used for the next issuance request and cross-chain exchange inventory.
