According to Techub News, The Block reported that Ethereum open source communication platform Status will launch the Layer 2 network Status Network in conjunction with Linea.

Status raised $100 million through the ICO of its native SNT token in 2017. Meanwhile, Linea, launched last year, is a zkEVM Layer 2 network supported by blockchain development company Consensys. The two parties are jointly developing a Layer 2 network that will run in parallel with Linea's zkEVM chain, called Status Network.
