ChainCatcher reported that Fox Business reporter Eleanor Terrett wrote that the Democratic Party of the United States officially released its party platform on the first day of the Democratic National Convention. There was no mention of blockchain technology, Bitcoin, digital assets or anything related to encryption.

Earlier news, the Republican National Committee of the United States expressed support for a number of policy measures that are favorable to cryptocurrencies in its official party platform for the 2024 US election.
