On August 17, 2024, Web3 Forest Audemars Piguet Summer was successfully held in Hangzhou. The conference was fully sponsored by Audemars Piguet Capital and hosted by BUDAO LABS. The conference brought together the world's leading blockchain experts, project leaders, technology developers and investors to discuss the latest development trends of blockchain technology and its applications in various industries.

The conference was grandly opened at the Zhejiang University Forest Conference Center in Hangzhou, attracting more than 300 participants. The discussion covered many hot topics, including cutting-edge innovations in blockchain technology, the development and application of AI technology, the potential of decentralized infrastructure (Depin), and the market prospects of decentralized energy networks.

At the opening of the conference, the first to appear was the sponsor of this conference, IBGTG. The speaker was Alexander L from the Outreach Department, and his theme was "Foundation and Vision of IBGTG". He explained the foundation and vision of IBGTG. The second speaker was Alan WU from Geek Accelerator, a subsidiary of Audemars Piguet. The theme of his speech was "Geek Accelerator's Mission & Vision in the Context of Web3+AI". Alan first reviewed the development trends of Web3, blockchain and metaverse and the underlying logic of empowering entities. He pointed out that under the strategic background of the country's vigorous promotion of digital economy and AI empowerment of thousands of industries, big data and computing power have become the core competitiveness and assets of enterprises. As the most practical and application scenario of Web3, DePIN track has emerged with high-quality projects such as IoTX, Helium, Filecoin and Network 3. Geek Accelerator will continue to pay attention to and incubate potential projects in the DePIN track, providing a solid foundation and inexhaustible power for AI to empower entities and build new quality productivity!

Next is the online speech session. The first guest connected online was Leanid from Network3, who brought the topic "How Edge AI changes the world?" to discuss how edge AI changes the world. He talked about how Network3 built Al Layer2 and helped AI developers around the world to quickly, conveniently and efficiently train or verify models on a large scale. Improve developers' accessibility to Web3 & AI technologies and promote their widespread application.

The second person connected was a heavyweight guest, Janction CEO Hara, who introduced the background and development of the Janction project.

The next person to connect is Jessica, COO of EC3, whose theme is "Decentralized energy network coalesced by people". Introduce how the decentralized energy network is built by people together. Ec³ is a decentralized energy network built by people together. Based on Peaq Network, it combines energy tokenization with low-carbon mining solutions and enhanced incentives. It has developed a hardware device Energy Plug and a software application Ec³ APP, creating a DePIN that focuses on collecting users' electricity usage data and monitoring users' electricity usage environmental safety. Ec³ has received funding from well-known projects or companies such as Peaq Network and Waterdrip Capital. The team plans to launch the public sale of Energy Plug in the third quarter of 2024.

Kelly, BD of WatchX Network, then joined the event. Her topic was “Mainstream Narrative: Mass Adoption”, which discussed mainstream narrative and mass adoption. She proposed that the mainstream narrative of blockchain and Web3 is gradually maturing and beginning to influence public perception. Although there are still challenges in the adoption process, with the advancement of technology and the improvement of the ecosystem, this field is expected to usher in more extensive applications and development in the future.

The last online guest was Daniel Park, CSO of PLANET BRAIN. His topic was “The largest Web 3.0 community operated by an AI chatbot persona”, which introduced how Simsimi became the largest Web 3.0 community. The application of AI technology in community operation was discussed, and valuable suggestions were provided for the community construction of the Web3 industry in the future.

The appearance of BUDAO LABS CEO BIT RUST, the organizer of this conference, ignited the enthusiasm of all the audience, predicted the general trend of the Web3 industry in the future, and gave everyone a wave of faith. He also pointed out that the development of blockchain at this stage must be deeply integrated with AI technology. AI technology can better promote the development of blockchain and allow people to better understand and participate in blockchain. ANTON, a friend from Russia and Co-Founder of the Mobile apps campany, shared xRocket’s experience in the SocialFi experiment and its journey to becoming the leading CEX on Telegram with the theme of “How SocialFi experiment turned into THE leading CEX on Telegram”. He also brought up the recent popular ecology, the public chain ecology TON social narrative. He also used TON’s public chain as an example to put forward valuable suggestions for the construction of other public chain technologies.

Next, Rocky, the founder of SANDBOX, spoke on the topic of "Consumer Electronics × Depin: How Web3 Empowers Consumer Electronics", exploring how Web3 empowers the consumer electronics field. DePINsandbox is an innovative consumer product incentive network that aims to accelerate device manufacturers to enter the Web3 ecosystem and achieve the decentralization of the Internet of Things (DePIN). The core goal of the project is to strengthen the connection between device manufacturers and users through an effective behavioral incentive mechanism, while simplifying the integration process of IoT devices and blockchain.

The dean of Shenzhen Institute of Entrepreneurship, Bao Shi, shared the vision and future plans of the WEB3 Cruise Carnival with the theme of "Setting Sail, WEB3 Cruise Carnival", interpreted the fragility of the current traditional financial system, and revealed the hidden dangers of the future global economic environment. And how the Web3 industry should face the upcoming risks and challenges.

The finale was a roundtable discussion full of practical information. Chain cather's senior reporter Arian served as the guest host, and invited Nick, a doctoral student in cryptography from the University of California, Bao Shi, dean of Shenzhen Institute of Innovation, Rocky, founder of Sandbox, and ZC, a technical researcher at Wukong Technology, to discuss the theme of "The Current Situation and Future of Blockchain and Web3: Dealing with Market Volatility and Innovation Opportunities". They conducted in-depth exchanges and discussions on the main volatility factors in the current blockchain market, the impact of global economic uncertainty on the blockchain and Web3 industries, as well as future industry trends and explosive tracks, and obtained valuable results. The guests and the audience agreed that blockchain technology will play a more critical role in the future digital economy. With the continuous advancement of technology and the deepening of its application, blockchain is expected to give birth to new business models and development opportunities in various industries. This roundtable meeting not only provides an opportunity for a collision of views from multiple parties, but also provides unique insights into the future development direction of the industry.

At the closing ceremony, many participants said that this conference not only enhanced their understanding of Web3, but also provided new ideas and inspiration for future development.
