Binance Futures is launching three limited-time promotions to give back to the community! Eligible users can participate in the promotions and share a prize pool of 30,000 USDC tokens!

Event time: 08:00 on August 16, 2024 to 07:59 on August 26, 2024 (GMT+8)

Activity 1: Complete your first contract transaction and share 10,000 USDC tokens

During the event, all new contract users who register to participate in the event, trade for the first time, and have a cumulative contract trading volume of no less than 100 USDC*, and whose first position is closed at a loss, will receive token vouchers equal to the realized loss of their first position, up to 10 USDC. The rewards will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis until all 10,000 USDC token vouchers are distributed.

Please note:

• Qualified new users will only receive USDC token compensation if their first closed position results in a loss. If the first closed position is profitable, no token compensation will be received;

• *New users refer to users who have not traded futures contracts on Binance before the event starts.

Event 2: Participate in the U-standard contract ROI competition and share 10,000 USDC tokens

During the event, all users who register for the event and whose cumulative U-based contract trading volume is not less than 1,000 USDC equivalent can participate in this event. Qualified users will share 10,000 USDC tokens based on their ROI ranking of U-based contract trading during the event.

Please note:

• Activity 2 ROI calculation rules: 08:00 on August 16, 2024 (GMT+8) to 07:59 on August 26, 2024 (GMT+8)

• U-margin contract ROI (calculated in USDC) = U-margin contract asset profit* / (100 USDC + U-margin contract account initial margin balance + U-margin contract account recharge);

  • *U-standard contract asset profit = (final unrealized profit or loss of U-standard contract account assets - initial unrealized profit or loss of U-standard contract account assets) + realized profit or loss of assets + (asset funding fees - asset commissions - forced liquidation fees) + delivery settlement.

Activity 3: Participate in the U-standard contract trading volume competition and share 10,000 USDC tokens

During the event, all registered users and U-based contracts users who have accumulated a trading volume of not less than 1,000 USDC equivalent can participate in this event. Qualified users will share 10,000 USDC tokens based on their total trading volume (including buying and selling) of U-based contracts during the event.

Terms and Conditions:

• Only users who have completed identity authentication and clicked the "Join the event now" button on the event page during the event period can receive rewards (qualified users);

• Users can participate in Activities 1, 2, and 3 at the same time, and can receive rewards from all three activities if they meet the requirements;

• The total prize pool for Activity 1 is 10,000 USDC. If the remaining amount in the USDC prize pool is less than the realized loss of the last qualified user’s first liquidation, the user can only receive compensation in USDC tokens equal to the remaining amount in the prize pool.

• If the event prize pool has been fully distributed, no more rewards will be issued;

• Reward distribution: USDC token voucher rewards will be distributed to qualified users 14 working days after the event ends. Users can view rewards in the account > Reward Center;

• Users must activate their token vouchers within 30 days of voucher distribution. Learn How to redeem token voucher rewards;

• The activity is limited to regions and users where the contract trading service is enabled, and may not be available or restricted in certain jurisdictions or regions, or restricted to certain users, depending on legal and regulatory requirements;

• Binance reserves the right to disqualify any participant who tampers with the Binance code or uses other software to interfere with the operation of the Binance code;

• It is the user's responsibility to understand and comply with any restrictions and/or requirements on accessing and using the Binance Futures trading service in each country where Binance provides services;

• During the event, Binance reserves the right to disqualify any participant if there is reasonable suspicion or sufficient reason to believe that the participant has violated the Terms of Use.

• Binance reserves the right to reasonably determine and/or modify or change these Terms and Conditions, the eligibility for the Prizes, the selection and number of winners, and the timing of taking any action for important reasons, including:

  • changes in applicable regulations or policies;

  • obligations arising from laws or decisions issued by ordinary courts or public administrations;

  • rules to combat money laundering or the financing of terrorism;

  • Technical issues beyond Binance’s control;

  • It is necessary to protect users from potential losses;

  • It is necessary to protect Binance from reputational damage.
