In the near future, the project will take a snapshot of network participation to determine who is eligible to participate in the upcoming Grass token airdrop event. Participant rewards will be weighted based on network participation during this time. Grass, the first Layer 2 Data Rollup platform, makes a significant contribution to AI training by collecting data from public websites through a massive network of web crawler nodes. It converts this raw data into structured datasets used for AI development.

The new phase is supposed to align the interests of users and the network, once the mainnet is officially launched. Grass will then move from infrastructure development to application support.

The key feature of Grass is to empower unused internet bandwidth. Users typically use 30-50% of total bandwidth and leave the rest as untapped resources. Grass allows users to share or rent out additional bandwidth in a decentralized manner, converting this excess into Grass Points and the corresponding GRASS token.

The project increases data collection efficiency without consuming user resources. Users can collect GRASS tokens by contributing idle bandwidth, participating in Grass token airdrop events, and benefit from the new network model that Grass brings to participants.
