Additionally, the network's non-voting transaction volume also reached a peak of 1.3 billion in July. The upcoming Firedancer upgrade is expected to push the network's performance to new heights. This alternative client deployment, developed by Jump Crypto, aims to significantly improve Solana's transaction processing capacity and overall network resilience. Firedancer may enable Solana to process millions of transactions per second, far exceeding its current capacity.
