According to PANews on August 14, according to Paidun monitoring, the address marked as vitalik.eth transferred 83.5 ETH (worth about US$225,000) to Gitcoin's Allo Protocol.
It is reported that Allo Protocol is an open source, decentralized, modular digital public product launched by Gitcoins. It aims to enable community projects to establish corresponding grant funding plans based on their needs to complete fund raising and allocation.
