How to participate
Confirm your participation by clicking the Register button on the promotion page.
Invite your friends to Binance with the referral program (aka Referral Lite).
If your referral makes at least one trade of $10 equivalent via Binance Convert or Binance Spot and reaches a net deposit of at least $10 equivalent, you and your referral will be able to equally split a 10 USDC reward in vouchers after the promotion ends.
Note
All new and existing users will be able to join this campaign. Each eligible user will be able to win up to 50 USDC in vouchers from the 500,000 USDC prize pool.
Rewards are distributed on a first come, first served basis based on the time of the referral's first trade.
Rewards in the form of vouchers will be distributed within 21 days after the end of the promotion.
Terms and conditions
These terms and conditions (the “Promotion Rules”) govern users’ participation in the Cryptocurrency Lemonade Promotion (the “Promotion”). Participants in this Promotion agree to the Promotion Rules and accept the following additional terms and conditions: (a) Binance Terms and Conditions for Prize Promotions; (b) Binance Terms of Use; and (c) Binance Privacy Policy. All of the above are hereby incorporated by reference into these rules.
In the event of any inconsistency or conflict between these Promotion Rules and any other terms, the provisions of these Promotion Rules shall prevail, followed in order of precedence by: (a) Binance Prize Promotion Terms and Conditions; (b) Binance Terms of Use; and (c) Binance Privacy Policy.
Only users from participating regions who pass verification and reach a net deposit amount of at least $10 (equivalent) by the end of the promotion will be able to receive rewards.
Distribution of rewards
Rewards will be distributed as token vouchers within 21 days of the end of the promotion. Winners will be able to log in and redeem the vouchers in the Profile > Bonus Center menu.
All token prize vouchers expire within 14 days of distribution. Winners must claim their vouchers before they expire. Learn how to use your voucher.
Binance reserves the right to disqualify and forfeit rewards if any participant is found to be engaging in unfair practices (such as wash trading, illegal mass account registration, high-risk accounts, evidence of self-dealing, or market manipulation).
Binance reserves the right to disqualify any participants who tamper with the Binance software code or interfere with the Binance software code using other software.
Binance reserves the right, without prior notice, at any time and at its sole discretion, to establish and/or change the rules of the promotion (including but not limited to cancellation, extension, termination and suspension of this promotion), as well as the terms and conditions of participation, the selection conditions and number of winners and the timing of any tasks. All participants are obliged to comply with the changes.
