According to Foresight News, Simon Gerovich, CEO of Japanese listed company Metaplanet, said that the company had purchased an additional 500 million yen ($3.38 million) worth of Bitcoin (BTC) on August 13.
Foresight News previously reported that Metaplanet announced on August 8 that it had obtained a 1 billion yen loan (0.1% APR), which will be used to purchase additional BTC.
