Techub News reported that according to The Block, the Thai Securities and Exchange Commission launched a cryptocurrency regulatory sandbox, which aims to "promote experimental and innovative development and support the effective provision of digital asset services in real life." Specifically, the sandbox is aimed at six types of industry participants, including digital asset exchanges, brokers, traders, fund managers, consultants, and custodial wallet providers. Currently, the sandbox has begun accepting applications. The Thai Securities and Exchange Commission stated that it will review the applicant's qualifications based on its capital adequacy ratio, work system, and management structure.
