Tether issued a statement on its official website, saying it will defend the lawsuit filed by Celsius Network Limited.
Celsius, through Blockchain Recovery Investment Consortium, LLC, sued Tether and certain of its affiliates in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York. Tether stated that the lawsuit was without merit and was intended to improperly impose the costs of Celsius' mismanagement and failure on Tether. #bitcoin
