$DOGS is on pre market on major exchange right now, and so many account is mocking their ticker and the logo, this is a potential scam going on.
The only way you getting information is from their official TG channel : @dogs_community
and no where else, if you see some user with verified mark on twitter and posting some presale/giveaway ignore them is most likely a scam or rug.
