Odaily Planet Daily News According to market news, US Senator Elizabeth Warren asked Tesla's board of directors to investigate whether CEO Elon Musk is using the electric car maker's resources to profit other companies he owns and operates. In a 10-page letter sent to Tesla Chairman Robyn Denholm on Thursday, the Democratic senator said that Musk's behavior, such as transferring computer chips from Tesla to his social media company X, may be inappropriate. Musk confirmed in June that he would use the artificial intelligence chips ordered for Tesla for X and xAI instead, saying that otherwise they would remain in the warehouse. Warren believes that transferring chips may be a "misappropriation of company resources" and said that the creation of xAI itself is an "inevitable conflict of interest" for Musk. (Jin Shi P)
