According to TechFlow, on August 9, Ethereum protocol developer and Prysm maintainer Terence recently published an article on X saying that Ethereum’s future development roadmap is simpler than expected, and it is expected to achieve the following goals in the next four years:

- Maximizing data availability (e.g. peerDAS, fullDAS) - Enhancing censorship resistance (e.g. FOCIL) - Reducing trust in extra-protocol block construction and improving slot utilization (e.g. ePBS) - Accelerating consensus finality (e.g. Orbit SSF) - Improving staking user experience (e.g. EIP-7702, EIP-6110, etc.) - The ultimate goal of staking economics - Limited execution layer storage - Stateless execution state

Achieving these goals will drive the continued development and innovation of Ethereum.
