According to Bitrace data, JPEX began charging a USD 999 withdrawal fee on the 14th of this month after being warned by the Hong Kong Securities Regulatory Commission to limit the withdrawal of assets in disguise, resulting in a significant reduction in user withdrawal activities on the chain. However, as of 24:00 on September 20, JPEX still experienced an abnormal outflow of more than 7.21 million USDT. It transferred more than 7.21 million USDT to 7 addresses through the transfer address after 14 days. The subsequent funds were used for: national accumulation, exchange , transferred to the risk address. In addition, due to JPEX’s excessive [withdrawal fees], users can only withdraw 1-45 USDT for each withdrawal of 1,000 USDT. Between the 14th and 20th, a total of 6,911 users made 13,822 withdrawals. According to the behavior, the average single withdrawal amount is 36.7USDT. One user address has withdrawn coins a total of 611 times during this period. As of now, it is still withdrawing coins. The reason for this is unknown.
