According to TechFlow, blockchain security company Cyvers Alerts said its system detected suspicious transactions in the proxy contract of the on-chain order book protocol Nexera project.
According to Cyvers Alerts, an unknown address took ownership of Nexera’s proxy contract and upgraded it. Subsequently, the address used the withdrawal management function to transfer all $NXRA tokens.
Currently, the stolen tokens are being exchanged for $ETH, and some funds have been transferred to the $BNB chain. Cyvers Alerts estimates that the total loss caused by this incident is about $1.5 million.
